Symphony Orchestra & Chorale presents Tango Nuevo Saturday

The Billings Symphony Orchestra & Chorale presents its second concert of the season, Tango Nuevo, Saturday, Oct. 14 at the Alberta Bair Theater. BSO&C shares the stage with professional tango dancers Ana Padron & Diego Blanco and international bandoneon player, Hector Del Curto. Together they will explore the revolutionary sounds to Tango Nuevo pioneers: Arturo Marquez, Alberto Ginastera, and the father of Tango Nuevo, Astor Piazzolla. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Concert Cues with Tom Singer begins at 6:45 p.m. Tango Nuevo begins at 7:30 p.m.
During the Harvest Festival on Saturday, Oct. 14 at 2:30 p.m., Ana & Diego will perform a Master Clinic under Skypoint in downtown Billings. This pre-concert event is open to the public.
