Park City Panthers take down Rockets

The Park City Panthers played their first home game Saturday afternoon against a very young Roberts Rockets team. The Panthers applied pressure early and took a 17-2 lead after the first. They continued to dominate offensively and defensively with the bench players contributing 21 points to the winning cause. The Panthers scored 17 points in each of the first three quarters compared to the total scored for the Rockets after 3 of 13. Brittney Frank came off the bench and led the team in rebounds. The Panthers went on to win 61-17.
Shelby Kluth 11, MacKenzie Verke 11, Blakely Verke 10, Tehya Ray 10, Kasidy Robbins 7, Shelby Branstetter 6, Alyx Grabowska 4, Bethany Vandoren 2.
On Tuesday Dec. 20, the Lady Panthers def. the Absarokee Huskies 48-37. Mackenzie Verke led her team to victory with 12 points.
Their next game will be on Jan. 5 at Bridger.
