Veronnaka Evenson shows off some of her aquaponically-grown produce at Swanky Roots Thursday, March 12. Evenson and her mother, Ronna Klamert, started their innovative business a few years ago southeast of Laurel at 8333 Story Road. The business works with Yellowstone Valley Food Hub to promote eating locallygrown food. On Thursdays folks who order from the Yellowstone Valley Food Hub can pick up their selection of greens, meat and bread there.
