Shining moments under dimming lights for LHS

Outlook staff writer

Laurel loses its first game of the season and then blow out Havre in their second game. Christian its is emerging as an outstanding player and throughout the season the shifting tides will bring out shot-blockers, sharp-shooters and other as yet unknown skills Loco players have or are developing.
Rhythm and motion contribute to a team’s success. It’s very similar to a rapper’s career in hip-hop. It doesn’t matter what the pundits say, there is a timeline. There are years where single men in music, or groups of boys in sports gel together in such a perfect way that it transcends the sport or the music.
Professional teams can do it, and with this group of boys, they can do it too. But time is of the essence for some of these young men. Until the lights shine brighter and the jerseys sway in an orchestrated beautiful way, where the rim looks like it’s eight feet wide, until then, until then.
The Locomotives play their first home game this Friday.
