The Rockvale Ramblers’ 4-H Club recently recognized individuals in the community as nominated by club members to receive the Carbon County Friend of 4-H Award.
The Friend of 4 -H Award is given to businesses and volunteers who have donated materials, time or other services to 4-H. At a business meeting, club members discussed who has supported 4H and the community and chose who they would like to honor. The individuals selected as this year’s honorees have not only supported 4-H for many years through the club’s community service projects but also support the greater community in many other ways.
The winners are Bob, Michelle and Megan Reed; Stacey Wetherelt, DVM of Montana Mobile Veterinary Service; Charlie Buechler; and Lynn Kramer of Jane Dough’s.
The Rockvale Ramblers’ 4-H Club acknowledges the contributions made by all the winners and recognize it takes dedicated and generous people like them to make any community thrive.
