Crews from Knife River lay asphalt at the corner of Washington Ave. and Fifth St. Tuesday. The crews have been working on the East Downtown Project all summer and will finish by October. Streets on Alder, Idaho, and Washington Avenues and First Street, off the avenues are getting a curb-to-curb pipe and pavement replacement.
