April 25
• At 10:53 a.m., a resident of Trewin School Rd. reported she got a nude photo in a text from a female and the female was trying to solicit sex. The reporting party texted “stop” and the female stated she meant to text a buddy, unless the RP wanted to have sex. The RP was advised to block the phone number.
• At 1:35 p.m., a caller reported a 51-year-old woman on 1st St. SW St. needed medical. One of her legs had swelled to twice the normal size. She was transported to a hospital.
April 27
• At 4:19 p.m., a deputy advised he was on a traffic stop with a motor home that was subject of a traffic complaint with Montana Highway Patrol. The driver was suspected of driving under the influence. Hansers was called for a tow. MHP asked deputies to meet him at the SCSO because the suspect was becoming combative. The suspect, Jaime Eduardo Diaz of Bothell, Wash., slipped his cuffs from the back to the front. A taser had to be deployed to control the suspect.
April 27
• At 5:38 p.m., a caller reported black angus cows on the road at Benedict Gulch Rd. and Highway 10. The owner was located and went to check on the cows.
April 29
• At 10:29 p.m., a caller on Ronan Ranch Rd. reported a 32-year-old with schizophrenia and depression and who had not been taking medication had overdosed on prescription pills. The OD had occurred over 24 hours previously. Services were rendered.
April 30
• At 4:12 a.m., a caller on Pryor View Circle requested medical for a 66-year-old made having episodes causing him to be unable to stand, light-headed and slurred speech. The caller was advised not to let the patient eat or drink. At 5:01 a.m., the patient was transported to a hospital.
May 1
• At 1:08 a.m., deputies went to check on a bonfire by the Yellowstone River Lodge to see if there was underage drinking occurring. There were some minors drinking and another unit was requested, as well as medical. An intoxicated female was placed into a protective hold until her parents could come from Harlowton to pick her up. A male was transported home to Columbus. The female was picked up by her parents at 4:06 a.m. Four summons were issued for court appearances.
