Park City basketball teams out at District 6C

Last week in Red Lodge both the Park City boys and girls teams lost out in three games at the District 6C tournament.

The boys won their first– round game over Reed Point– Repelje 50–27, led by Tucker Johnstone with 20 and Jake Gauthier with 13 before losing two straight to Harlowton and Plenty Coups. Johnstone led the team in scoring, averaging 21 points per game including a tournament high 26 against Harlowton.

The Lady Panthers lost their opening round game to Plenty Coups 51–41 before bouncing back and defeating RPR 43–11. Their bid to get the the consolation final fell short in their third game when they lost to Roberts 40–32.
