New Masonic officers seated

Matthew Ostwald was installed as Worshipful Master of the Laurel Corinthian Lodge No. 72  Saturday, Sept. 13. 

Jerry Shay served as installing officer, Dan Koch Jr., installing marshal, Jim Burrows, installing chaplain, and Dan Koch Sr., installing secretary. 

Serving with Ostwald are Roger Hillman Jr., senior warden; Bob Schessler, junior warden; Tom Becker Sr., Treasurer; Preston Gardner, Secretary; Heston Schessler, senior deacon; Mike Kirschenman, junior deacon; Mike Andrews, senior steward; Rob Schessler junior steward; Tom Becker Sr., marshall; Jim Burrows, chaplain; Dan Koch Sr., tyler; Wallace Hall, lodge instructor; and Dan Koch Jr., historian.

The Laurel Corinthian Lodge meets the first and third Mondays, September through June. The Masons serve an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast for $4 on the third Sunday of the month, September through June, from 8:30-11:30 a.m., at the Masonic Lodge, at 9900 Laurel Airport Road. Breakfast is open to the public.
