Montana students can vie for transportation scholarships

Offering scholarships to students since 2016, A-1 Auto Transport, one of the largest car shipping and moving companies in the U.S., is looking forward to providing even more students with the opportunity to get more cash to cover the costs associated with continuing education in Montana.

What is Being Offered

A-1 Auto Transport is offering $1,000, $500 and $250 to lucky students that apply to them by March 10. The winner is notified by email by the end of March 2018 and the award is deposited into the student’s school financial aid office.

Who Qualifies

Current students enrolled in, or who will be enrolled in accredited trade schools, universities, driving schools and other education institutes are welcome to apply. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and must be open to submitting an essay.

How to Enter

Students that wish to enter the scholarship program are invited to submit their contact information, including full name and student’s school and a 1,000-word essay.

The essays must not be copied from anywhere else and must be in the student’s own writing. The essays must be on vehicle shipping topics and can include any information or services that you find on A-1 Auto Transport’s website. Door to door shipping, enclosed vehicle shipping, motorcycle shipping and international shipping are ideal topics, but students are encouraged to be creative with their topics and content.

Essays will be published on the website and students are asked to share the links to their writing with others. The Scholarship Committee uses votes the writing gets to decide on the winners.

Submit the information and essay to scholarships@a1autotransport.com.
