Mary Jane passed away peacefully on November 1, 2018 at her home in Laurel, with her family by her side.

Mary Jane was born in Billings, Montana. May 26th, 1945 to Lawrence Edward and Mary Rose Wetsch Larsen. She spent her youth in Bridger, Mont. before moving to Wyoming.  She attended school in Cody and Powell and graduated from Powell High School in 1963. While a senior in high school she met her future husband, Robert ‘Bob’ Weathermon. They were married February 8, 1964 and spent 54 happy years together. They have three children, Barbara ‘Bobbi’ of Laurel, Lonnie (Pyper) of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Ronnie (Sandra) of Basel, Switzerland and four grandchildren, Derek (Ivy) of Island Park, Idaho; Drew, Jenna and Jaycee of Idaho Falls.  Mary Jane was baptized and confirmed in The Immanuel Lutheran Church in Powell and was a faithful Christian.  

Mary Jane is survived by her husband, three children and four grandchildren. and her brother, Jerry Larsen (Sue) and family and sister Sandy (Ken) George and family of Powell, Wyo. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister and brother-in-law Pat and Joe Kelly of Cody, Wyo. Mary Jane was a full-time mother and homemaker and enjoyed her house and yard. 

She enjoyed her flowers and watching hummingbirds.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 6 at 10:30 am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Billings with interment at 2 p.m. at Yellowstone National Cemetery in Laurel.
