She was a member of the Park City American Legion Auxiliary and Senior Center and the Laurel Senior Center. She lover her family and friends and did all she could to keep her family together by cooking holiday meals and planning family reunions. She would greet everyone with a friendly, “Hi, Kid!” She loved dancing to the Old Time Fiddlers, good music, playing piano, cards and board games. She enjoyed her garden and reading.

Luella was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters Dorothy Simonsen, Bonnie Miller, Alta Shay, and Carol Ketterling; her brother, James Boylan; her husbands; her children Jerry Kiesz, Jackie Kiesz, Kathy (Roger) Faw, and Karen (Jim) Dempewolf; and her grandchildren Derek Behm and Dawn (Lonnie) Puderbaugh.
