Linda James

Linda James, 60, of Laurel, passed away on Thursday, April 4.

Linda was born to Fred and Annie Mohland on April 15, 1958. She married her soulmate Dennis on July 30, 1977 and they raised their two children in Laurel. 

Linda worked for St. Vincent’s Healthcare for many years before retiring last year. She spent her life enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Dennis, and countless hours in her sewing room. 

Linda is survived by her son, Jeremy (April); daughter, Danielle (T.J.); her four grandchildren, Tate, Ciarra, Cyrus and Jordan; and many family and friends.

Cremation has taken place and memorial services are Friday, April 12, at Smith Funeral Chapel in Laurel at 2 p.m., with a memorial gathering taking place at the Palace afterwards.
