Laurel Traxx league champions

The 8th Grade Laurel Traxx were the Champions of the Treasure State Youth Basketball League held in Laurel on Jan. 6 and 7. Pool play was held in Missoula, Helena and Bozeman with the Locos hosting the final tournament. The league was made up of teams from Missoula (Raptors),  Helena (Elite), Helena (Explosion), Bozeman (Bolts) and Laurel (Traxx). Overall this season, the Traxx record is 15-1. The Traxx beat the Missoula Raptors for the second year in a row for the Championship of this league. In the back row from the left is Wyatt Ostler, Konnor Gregerson, Shel Osborne, Coach Steve Willis, Beau Dantic, Kyson Moran and Emmit Renner. In the front row is Trey Ewalt, Jakob Webinger and Dalton Boehler. From the practice squad are  Kaiden Alexander and Garrett Ostler.
