Elementary District — 5 Year Goals

Step 1: Buy land for new 3-5 School and Transportation Facility Step 2: Build new 3-5 Elementary School with Transportation Bus Barn on site.

• Addresses overcrowding issues at both Graff and Middle School

• Remodel Graff School for Administration Staff, PK, and K

• Admin, PK and K move into Graff building Step 3: Sell Administration Building and South School

• Use the money to pay on bonds or put towards West School Remodel Step 4: Remodel West School for 1-2 or K-2 or PK-2 or 1-2/Admin

• Decisions made at that time dependent on district growth and needs

 

High School District—7-15 Year Goals

Step 1: Remodel High School to add classes in existing building

• Adds classroom spaces within building to address overcrowding Step 2: Move Transportation and Bus Barn to new 3-5 Site

• Build CTE building in Northeast section (warehouse/bus barn area)

• Build Auxiliary Gym in Northeast section (warehouse/bus barn area)

• Address inadequate learning environment and space at High School

NOTE: Each “Step” is designed to allow the Board to adjust the plan dependent upon community growth and district needs.
