Hutchens going to BPD

The Billings Police Department announced the hiring of four new police officers Monday, Dec. 30. Riley Hutchens, acting director of Laurel s Ambulance department, is among them. Hutchens has been working full-time as a dispatcher in Billings, in addition to his duties in Laurel. As he will be attending the POST academy for training soon, Laurel will be losing a valuable member of its first responder team. Congratulations to Hutchens and the other officers. From the left, they are Officers Taylor Vladic, Christopher Thiel, Hutchens and Kevin Sparrow.
