Have a Jolly Christmas break!

Is that Santa driving the bus number 17?” Brian Mollenbrink may not be the real Santa Claus, but he bears a striking resemblance to the jolly man when he’s at the helm of the “Candy Cane Express.”
The Laurel School District bus drivers and aides pose in front of the “Jolly Express” last week after they completed their morning routes. Each bus driver and aide decorated their bus then Laurel Transportation Director Zada Stamper invited five impartial judges to vote on their favorite decorations. Bus #14 (The Elf Express) took the top prize, Bus #17 (The Candy Cane Express) took second and Bus #16 (Holly Express) got 3rd place. Stamper said, “I am so very proud of each of our drivers and aides that work each day to make a difference in the lives of our students. They have adapted very well to all the new requirements with a smile on their faces, even if you can see the smile behind the masks!” In the back row from the left are Brian “Santa” Mollenbrink, Mark Taylor, Jay Wallace and Tim Warner. In the front are Susan Fox, Jackie Spooner, Jennifer Canape, Tina Hutchins, Tess Rognrud, Jody Edwards and Zada Stamper.
