Gail E. Gunter

Gail E. Gunter went with the Lord at the age of 101. She was born at Bowler, Mont., to Stewart W. and Dorothy M. Ward on November 26, 1915. She attended Laurel schools and Billings Business College. In 1943 she went to work at the Yellowstone Bank.
Gail married Nolan O.E. Gunter August 22, 1949. She was a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Laurel. She enjoyed traveling, crafts, gardening and time spent with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter Beverly (Robert) Acord of Medina, Ohio; son Douglas of Columbus, Mont., six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Nolan, parents and three brothers.
Per her wishes, she will be cremated and a graveside service will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, February 9, at the Laurel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be given to a charity of choice.
