Dodgers victorious this week, take every game

Game 1 — June 30
Richland County Patriots fall
11-3 at the hands of the Dodgers
The Dodgers beat the Richland County Patriots on Thursday 11-3 at Sidney Mont., in seven innings.
The Dodgers scored four runs in the seventh including a a solo home run by Dawson Cortese, an RBI single by Carson West, an RBI single by Braden McIlvain, and a wild pitch.
McIlvain racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Dodgers.
Josh Anderson got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He allowed three runs over 6 1/3 innings. Anderson struck out four, walked three and gave up eight hits.
Coffman was charged with the loss. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked none and struck out three.
The game was never in doubt after the first, as the Dodgers scored four runs on a sacrifice fly by Kanyin Moran and an RBI single by Carson West.
The Dodgers increased their lead with two runs in the sixth. A double by McIlvain ignited the offense, scoring Carson West. That was followed up by Carson Hoke’s single, bringing home McIlvain.

Richland County Patriots
rally, escape with 8-6 victory
The Richland County Patriots weren’t able to overcome the big hole it dug itself into against the Dodgers, and they lost 8-6 to the after falling behind by six runs in the fourth inning.
The Richland County Patriots scored on a wild pitch, a sacrifice fly by Mueller, an RBI double by Holcomb, and an error in the fourth inning and a two-run home run by Peters in the seventh inning. Despite its efforts, the Patriots couldn’t get over the hump.
Mason O’Donnell racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Dodgers. He singled in the third inning and tripled in the seventh inning.
Dawson Cortese got the win for the Dodgers. He allowed four runs over 4 1/3 innings. Cortese struck out seven, walked three and gave up four hits.
Wentz was charged with the loss. He allowed eight runs in seven innings, walked four and struck out four.
Dodgers closer Cameron Schriver put away the final eight outs to record the save.
The Dodgers went up for good in the second, scoring two runs on an RBI single by Braden McIlvain.
The Dodgers tallied two runs in each of the third, fourth and seventh. In the third, the Laurel team scored on an RBI single by Trevor Meier, bringing home O’Donnell.

Game 1 — July 1
The Dodgers jump on Glendive Bluedevils early and coast to 7-0 win
The Dodgers beat the Glendive Bluedevils 7-0 in seven innings on Friday at Glendive, Mont., after a six-run explosion in the first inning.
The Dodgers scored in the first on a walk by Mason O’Donnell, an RBI single by Dawson Cortese, a two-run error, an error, and an RBI single by Carson Hoke.
The Dodgers were led by Cortese’s hitting. Cortese went 3-4, drove in one and scored two runs.
Carson West recorded the win for the Dodgers. He pitched seven shutout innings. Carson West struck out six, walked none and gave up five hits.
Rossi took the loss for Glendive Bluedevils. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked three and struck out six.

The Dodgers defeat Glendive Bluedevils after late game
ground out, 7-4
The Dodgers and Glendive Bluedevils exchanged the lead five times on Friday, but the Dodgers ended up on top with a 7-4 win in seven innings over the Bluedevils.
The Dodgers took the lead in the fourth inning and held on for the victory. A groundout by Braden McIlvain scored Karson Zeiler and gave the Dodgers the lead for good.
Dawson Cortese paced the Dodgers at the plate. Cortese went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the fifth inning.
Mason O’Donnell got the win for the Dodgers. He allowed four runs over seven innings. He struck out four, walked three and surrendered six hits.
Berreth was charged with the loss. He allowed seven runs in seven innings, walked one and struck out one.
In the top of the first, the Dodgers grabbed the early lead, 1-0. A single by Trevor Meier, plating Carson Hoke started the inning off.
Glendive Bluedevils survived the Dodgers’ surge and put up one run of its own in the first. Glendive Bluedevils scored on an error.
The Dodgers never surrendered the lead after the fourth inning. The runs piled on thanks to an RBI single by Josh Anderson.
The Dodgers increased their lead with two runs in the sixth. McIlvain’s single got things going, scoring Anderson.
One run in the bottom of the seventh helped Glendive Bluedevils close its deficit to 7-4. An RBI single by Lopez sparked Glendive Bluedevils’ rally. The Dodgers closed the game out when O’Donnell got Rossi to strike out.

Game 1 — July 2
Great pitching leads the Dodgers
past the Glasgow Reds 7-0
An outstanding effort by Carson Hoke hoisted the Dodgers to a 7-0 win in seven innings over the Glasgow Reds on Saturday at Glasgow Mont.
The Dodgers’ Carson Hoke kept the Reds off the scoreboard for all seven innings he was on the mound. He pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on three hits while ringing up seven.
The offense exploded for the the Dodgers in the seventh with the Dodgers scoring five runs. They then scored in the seventh on an error, a sacrifice fly by Carson Hoke, a two-run triple by Kanyin Moran, and an RBI single by Karson Zeiler.
Moran racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Dodgers.
Legare was charged with the loss. He allowed seven runs in seven innings, walked four and struck out none.
The game was never in doubt after the third, as the Dodgers scored one run on.

Game 2
Fourth-inning rally sparks
win for the Dodgers, 15-4
The Dodgers beat the Glasgow Reds 15-4 in six innings on Saturday at Glasgow after a 10-run explosion in the fourth inning.
The Dodgers scored in the fourth on an error, a two-run error, an RBI single by Trevor Meier, a two-run single by Carson West, a wild pitch, and a three-run double by Mason O’Donnell.
O’Donnell racked up seven RBIs on three hits for the Dodgers.
Kyle Cannon recorded the win for the Dodgers. He allowed four runs over 6 1/3 innings. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered seven hits.
Wersel was charged with the loss. He allowed 10 runs in three innings, walked one and struck out one.
The bottom of the first saw the Glasgow Reds take an early lead, 3-0. Fransen doubled, scoring Seyfert and Guttenberg after a single by Seyfert got things started. The Glasgow Reds added more runs when Fransen scored on an error.
The Dodgers added four more runs in the top of the sixth. The inning looked promising, as Carson Hoke singled, plating Josh Anderson to kick things off. That was followed up by O’Donnell’s double, bringing home Seth Green and Carson Hoke.
