Dispatcher is 10-4 going into retirement

Michelle Steffans had a great send-off upon her retirement from the City of Laurel as a dispatcher. Steffans spent 24 years with the Laurel Police Department and 30 years total in dispatch. At the party Chief Musson thanked her for years of hard work.
