• Zackerias Hernandez, 22, dog at large, $50; dog with no tags, $50.

• Kalub Tomlinson, 22, theft, obtaining by threat or deception control over property, first offense, $385; theft, obtaining or exerts unauthorized control over property, second offense, $585.

• Dawn Archer, 50, theft, first offense, $185.

• Jamie Ekker, 41, seatbelt violation, $20.

• Bridgett Costa, 32, theft, third or subsequent offense, 10 days jail time and $585; forgery, $375.

• Jordon Angst, 15, driving without a valid drivers license, $85; stop sign violation, $75.

• Timothy Ferch, 55, speeding, going 41 miles per hour in a 25 MPH zone, $85.

• Stonya Connor, 46, operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense, $385.

• Lyle Jones, 76, speeding, going 40 MPH in a 25 MPH zone, $65.
