• Cynthia Ochoa, 56, driving without a valid drivers license, $285.

• Benjamin Waggoner, 29, reckless driving, second or subsequent offense, $335; failure to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense, $375; speeding, going 36 miles per hour in a 25 mph zone, $125.

• Slater LaTray, 26, operate a vehicle which has not been properly registered, $85; operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense, $425.

• Aaron Brownell, 44, operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense, $285; speeding, going 38 mph in a 25 mph zone, $55.

• Allen Althoff, 83, speeding, going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone, $65.

• Jonathan Gonzalez, 37, careless driving, $85.

• Cassie Eastman, 34, stop sign violation, $85.

• Jon Baker, 18, stop sign violation, $85.

• Brian Christensen, 27, stop sign violation, $85.

• Becci Riste, 58, speeding, going 59 mph in a 45 mph zone, $65.
