• Leonard Voelker, 64, driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, two days jail and $785; obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, $385.

• James Reed, 49, operating with expired registration, failure to reregister, $135.

• Devon Cole, 23, driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, $285; driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, $675; operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense, $275.

• Nicholas McPhail, 24, operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense, $285.

• Heston Schessler, 25, operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense, $285.

• Scotty Wipf, 30, speeding, going 37 miles per hour in a 25 MPH zone, $65.

• Amanda Glover, 42, stop sign violation, $85.

• Elizabeth Haage, 19, possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense, $235.

• Leana Gaspar, 29, operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense, $385.

• Thomas Trenholm, 79, careless driving, $135.

• Dylan Hoffman, 31, speeding, going 58 MPH in a 25 MPH zone, $65.

• Milton Ramirez, 49, speeding, going 40 MPH in a 25 MPH zone, $65; driving without a valid drivers license, $225.

• Orville Seger, 68, speeding, going 41 MPH in a 25 MPH zone, $85.

• Udo Lyngbycox, flashing signal violation (red or yellow), $60.

• Charles Reeser, right of way violation, fail to yield to vehicle on right, $85.
