The following reports are cases deposed by the Laurel City Court. The reports summarize the sentences imposed by the Laurel City Court. The Supreme Court software program does not always reflect the actual total of fines and fees, so a minor variation may report.
Leon Wayne Sniegowski, 27, cruelty to animals—overworking, beating, torturing, injuring or killing the animal—first offense, 68 days jail; and disorderly conduct, 5 days jail.
Malachi James Good, 16, tobacco possession or consumption (vapor product) under 18 years old, first offense, $135.
Shawna Swecker Wegner, 54, speeding, 39 mph in a 25 mph zone, $65.
Joshua Scott Schreiner, 22, careless driving, $85; and operating with expired registration, $85.
Mark Joseph Goble, 57, obstructing a peace officer, $235.
Blake Stephen Willis, 24, operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense, 20 days jail, $535.
Michael Kenneth Brester, 45, speeding, 34 mph in a 25 mph zone, $55.
Amber Marie Bolling, 29, speeding, 35 mph in a 25 mph zone, $55.
Mackenzie M. Campbell, 23, seatbelt violation, $20.
