• Elijah Donte James Allen, 16, tobacco possession or consumption, under 18 years old, first offense, $135.
• Isaac Mark Coombs, 21, stop sign violation, $85.
• Joshua Brent Cook, 35, speeding, violating speed limit near school or senior citizen center, 34 miles per hour in a 15 mph zone, $135.
