Church nativity scene vandalized in Park City

There is no Laurel Police Report this week because of the holiday.
Dec. 15
• At 3:46 a.m. a caller on Old Mill Road stated her 14– year–old daughter ran away. The RP stated she was home at midnight but was now gone and could be at her boyfriend’s house. At 4:20 a.m. a deputy was at the boyfriends’ residence but no one answered the door. At 5:14 a.m. a deputy located the boyfriend’s dad at the Zip
Trip and they were going back to the residence. At 5:23 a.m. the deputy located the juvenile at the boyfriend’s house and was transporting her back home.
Dec. 17
• At 2:23 p.m. a 911 caller on 2nd St. SE stated her daughter had been throwing fits all day and being mean. The call was disconnected and dispatch tried to call back but the line went straight to voicemail. A deputy was advised.
Dec. 20
• At 10:52 p.m. a caller near the post office advised of a woman who was on her hands and knees and appeared to be echoing. At 10:57 p.m. a second caller stated the female had been out there for two hours or so and this was a common thing for her to do. The RP stated she lived in the apartments across the street. At 10:59 p.m. Montana Highway Patrol was on scene. At 11:17 p.m. MHP and Stillwater deputies were clear of the scene and EMS personnel walked the female up to her apartment to retrieve her breathing medication.
Dec. 21
• At 8:01 a.m. a caller from the St. Paul Lutheran Church advised that overnight someone broke a fence and knocked over all the figurines in the nativity scene on the lawn of the church. The RP stated they wouldn’t be at the church for long so asked that a deputy give a call prior to responding.
