Cenex Zip Trip reopens newly remodeled Park City truck plaza

Thursday, May 7, 2020

After a five-month temporary closure and extensive remodel project, Cenex Zip Trip on Friday, May 8, will reopen its truck plaza located just off I-90 Exit 426 in Park City.

The newly remodeled store will offer both locals and travelers a casual dining option with in-store seating and a variety of menu items including pizza, burgers, sandwiches, chicken wings, onion rings and breakfast items. All items also are available for take-out and can be ordered ahead by calling the store at 406-633-2359.

“We’re excited to be back open and to debut our beautiful new store and new menu,” Store Manager Hannah Smith said. “It will be a great, muchneeded dining option in Park City for those looking for a quick grab-and-go meal or for those who want to sit down and eat.”

In addition to a new menu, the truck plaza also will offer a pet-friendly area, showers, Wi-Fi and a trucker’s rest area.

As an essential business, Cenex Zip Trip continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and is following the advice of the Centers for Disease Control to help keep customers and employees safe. Among the steps taken are enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all frequently touched areas and spacing customers six feet apart at checkout counters.

A grand-opening event will be held after social-distancing restrictions are lifted.
