Big Sky State Games figure skating registration open

Registration is open for Figure Skating at the 33rd Annual Big Sky State Games. The event runs Friday, Jan. 12 at 8 p.m. at Centennial Ice Arena, Saturday, Jan. 13 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, January 14 at 8:30 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend the competition. There is no admission charge.
The top three medalists in each event of Figure Skating will qualify for the State Games of America, July 31-Aug. 4, 2019, in Lynchburg, Va. The State Games of America are held every other year.
Each sport of the State Games is supported by the volunteer efforts of Sport Commissioners. The Figure Skating Commissioners are Kathie Jewell and Alex McCready.
Finals in most sports of the Big Sky Games will be July 20-22 in Billings.  Online registration and entry booklets to register for the Big Sky State Games summer events will be available May 1.  For more information call (406) 254-7426 or visit the website at
