Park City had two blow-out games in a row to end the season. The second game came against Fromberg on Senior Night when they won by almost 30 points.
“We have won five of our last six games and we are playing pretty well going into the tournament,” said Panther head coach Roger Heimbigner.
The team has been hot as of late and will hopefully carry that into tourney play.
“With a couple signature wins against Bridger and RPR the last month we feel we can win against anyone,” continued Heimbigner. “If we play up to our potential it should be a great tournament with many of the top teams having split regular season series against each other. Our goal is to be playing at the divisional tourney so we will need to place in the top four.”
The District tournament takes place in Huntley now through Feb.18.
