Panthers golf take to the green

The Park City Panthers three-man golf team competed with the best of the best in their first two tournaments at Livingston and Bridger Creek.
Last Thursday the Gardiner Invitational in Livingston brought together great golfers and great weather. A beautiful sunny day all but ensured that Panthers Talon Johnstone, 90, Austin Popp and Tristen Johnstone, 100 all qualified for the state tournament.
After a five day rest and another beautiful day at Bridger Creek in Bozeman all three boys posted another amazing day on the green. Talon Johnstone had a score of 89, Tristen Johnstone, 92 and Austin Popp, 98.
Park City head coach Mark Rathbun couldn’t have been prouder of his team’s effort to start the season.
Their next tournament is on April, 22, at the Stillwater Golf Course.
