Mustangs promote reading

On May 10, West School had a special visit from Gary Roller, general manager of the Billings Mustangs baseball team and Homer the team mascot. Roller gave students a message on the importance of summer reading. While Homer entertained the students, United Way volunteers passed out free books to every student as a reminder to keep reading during the summer. Homer signing an activity book for second-grade student Kale Hunter. He guessed Homer’s favorite sock color which is red.
