Lady Panthers triumphant in last home games
The Lady Panthers won both games this last weekend to finish the regular season 14-2.
They traveled to Reed Point Friday to face the Reed Point Rapelje Renegades. Five quick points by senior Tehya Ray got the Panthers headed in the right direction, but the Renegades answered and went up by 1 at the end of the first.
The Panthers proved to be too much for the Renegades in the second quarter outscoring them 25-5, 9 of which came from senior MacKinzie Verke.
The Panthers continued to dominate with great defensive play and scoring. Another senior Shelby Branstetter attacked the rim and scored 13, while sophomore Blakely Verke came off the bench and had some great steals and scored 11. Eleven of twelve Panthers scored.
